Residential
Our team manages the construction part of the building project and complete on our first meeting the scope of work. What dreams and visions or problems that need to be addressed and solved. Once I custom build the project and have the scope of work completed, I will have the budget range for the project. Once signed and approved by the client then the schedule is made with the team, and we begin work. Change orders do occur but it will be due to changes made by the client.
Commercial
We manage the construction and scope of work needed for the completion of the business property. I manage and organize projects that need architects, engineers, and or permits to complete any work approved through the city. Once approved by the client then I will work with the city to get all items approved. Once signed and approved by all parties then the schedule is made with the team, and we begin work. Change orders do occur but it will be due to changes made by the client.
